After the announcement of our extended programme, IN-EDIT NL can now announced the short films screening at our fifth edition, 13 – 23 April, 2023. On Sunday, 16 April, Melkweg Cinema will host a trio of Dutch productions, each under 30 minutes. The screenings take place at 15:00 and begin with an introduction of on the importance of short filmmaking and conclude with a Q&A with all the filmmakers present. Each film is automatically selected to compete for the Audience Award with the winner finding a spot on the In-Edit Barcelona programme.

At the beginning of 2022, Yannick Verhoeven (composer & producer) stayed in residency for three months in the Mission house at nursing home Park Zuiderhout.
The peace of mind he found there as well as the inspiring conversations with residents became part of the music he composed during his stay. At the end of his residency he performed his music live in the chapel for the residents.
