After last week’s very successful Amsterdam festival and first stop at KINO Rotterdam, we are now ready to take over LAB-1 Eindhoven tomorrow (June 26) with three favourites from our main film programme!
The story of the Dutch punk band PANIC. A concert in Gouda in 1978, filmed shortly before the band fell apart, is at the heart of this energetic and entertaining documentary. After the film, there will be a Q&A with director Duco Donk, and PANIC members Michiel van ‘t Hof (guitar) and Piet van Dijk (bassist).
This documentary is about the most successful female rock band of all time and chronicles their meteoric rise, born of the LA punk scene that not only captured but created a zeitgeist.
