Respect for our users’ privacy and protection of their personal data are primary objectives for INEDIT PRODUCCIONES, S.L. (hereinafter, IN-EDIT).
In compliance with the Constitutional Law for the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, LOPD) and the European Union’s General Regulation for Data Protection (hereinafter RGPD), data collection will be governed by the terms described below:
Information on the Compilation, Usage, Authorization and Storage of Personal Data
IN-EDIT may collect data from users who get in touch via email or telephone, and who authorize the processing of their data according to the stipulations included in this section, by providing their consent.
The user explicitly gives consent that the personal data he/she facilitates can be treated for collection, registration in IN-EDIT files, and use in order to respond to his/her enquiry, fulfil administrative procedures and provide the services indicated on our website.
Furthermore, the user is informed that this/her data will be processed for collection, registration in IN-EDIT files, and for commercial management purposes (advertising and commercial research for our products and services).
IN-EDIT facilitates the user’s registration on this website and access to his/her user profile through the Facebook social network. To do this, the user must enter his/her username and password. The user is informed that all information that the user has not limited at the time of access will be captured, in particular, his/her email address, profile name, gender, age-range, tastes, city and country of residence, type of related films and type of purchase (subscription, single ticket, etc.), and events for which he/she has purchased tickets or related contracted services, among others. If a user does not provide this information, he/she can continue with the process of purchasing the tickets for the products, events, shows or services offered by IN-EDIT. This data will be used to create profiles of users who use the ticket purchase platform, in order to subsequently offer better services.
In an inclusive, but not restrictive manner, IN-EDIT informs the user that it may collect data regarding the preferences, likes and other personal data contained on the said social network according to the Privacy specifications that the user has configured in his/her profile.
In this sense, and with the acceptance of this privacy policy, the User consents to the data profiling carried out in the present process, which is to be used for the purposes described above.
The user expressly and explicitly accepts that IN-EDIT can capture all information from his/her profile that the user has not limited at the time of access, via the social network through which the registration is made.
With the acceptance of this privacy policy, consent is also given for the transfer or communication of the data included in the files, to companies which have a contractual relationship IN-EDIT, in order that they can process personal data for the same purposes as those mentioned in the previous paragraph.
Likewise, users are informed that personal data will be kept until they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which they were collected or recorded in our files. Subsequently, personal data that meet this condition will be cancelled, unless there is a legal standard that enables their storage. Furthermore, personal data will be cancelled in the event that the User exercises the right to cancel them.
Users’ Rights
The consent given by the user can be revoked at any time and, therefore, users can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of data, as well as limitation or opposition to their treatment provided in the RGDP and the LOPD , by written communication to the following address: Baixada de Gomis Street, 1, Ground Floor, of the town of Barcelona (Postcode 8023 – Barcelona); or by email to: admin@in-edit.org including in both cases, a photocopy of his/her ID or other similar identification document and including the subject: “DATA PROTECTION – IN-EDIT”.
The user has the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if he/she considers that the rights set forth in this privacy policy have been violated or if he/she considers that the processing of personal data concerning him/her violates the RGPD, the LOPD and its Development Regulation.
Should the user consider that the rights previously described in this privacy policy have been violated or if he/she considers that the processing of personal data that concerns him/her infringes the RGPD and/or the LOPD, he/she has the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Social Networks
IN-EDIT is present on the main social networks. For this reason, it assumes the role of Data Treatment Manager for data treatment of data released onto its profiles derived from friends, likes, followers or fans, comments, pins, etc.
The user expressly agrees to be subjected to the privacy terms and conditions that, are applied by the different social networks or platforms in which IN-EDIT is present, empowering us to use the same means that these networks provide, to inform users of the different activities and services that we carry out.
Newsletter
IN-EDIT offers its Newsletter service, free of charge to users. This consists of the periodic sending of news and commercial communications related to IN-EDIT’s activities.
The user can unsubscribe from this service at any time by clicking the link that appears at the end of the update message that he/she receives by email or by exercising his/her right to the rectification, deletion, transferability, limitation, cancellation and opposition tot IN-EDIT, as previously mentioned in the data protection terms.
Personal Data Security
In order to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data provided, IN-EDIT has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent loss of data, or treatment or unauthorized access by third parties, as stipulated by current legislation on the subject and taking into account the status of the technology and the nature of the stored data.
Modifications
This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time according to the needs of the website and future legislative changes in privacy matters, for which IN-EDIT exclusively reserves this right.
