Where You're Meant to Be
Director Paul Fegan
United Kingdom / 76 min. / 2016 / English / English subtitles
This film means something special to its how Lucky Fonz III, who will be musically accompanied by the Scottish folk lover Sophie Janna.
Aidan Moffat, ex-singer of the Indie group, Arab Strap, travels Scotland in a van performing covers of folk classics. Doubts bubble up when he crosses paths with Sheila Stewart, the last in a line of nomadic singers who disapprove of his profane adaptations. A delicacy with a splash of comedy and dash of bitterness about the countryside (seen), country folk (seen and heard) and tradition (felt).

Lucky Fonz III is a singer-songwriter and tv-personality from Amsterdam, The Netherlands, known and loved for his excentric songs and live performances. Lucky also performs as a ‘cabaratier’ in theatres and writes lyrics for others in both Dutch and English.
In the past years, Lucky Fonz III has grown in in the Netherlands and both Belgium and abroad to become one of Holland’s best-known and most respected songwriters and live-acts. With the success of his previous album ‘Hoe Je Honing Maakt’ (with the top 10 hit ‘Ik Heb Een Meisje’) he reached a broad and varied audience all around Europe, USA and Australia.
